Levels 5 & 6:
Seasoned artists recognized for their exceptional skills, deep industry experience, and loyal following. To maximize your comfort and efficiency, these stylists often collaborate with an Associate stylist during your visit for an elevated, seamless experience. -
Levels 7 & 8:
Our master-level elite. These top-tier industry veterans possess the highest level of expertise and demand. Choosing a Level 7 or 8 stylist gives you premium access to our most sought-after specialists for a truly luxury transformation.
Education
Education is where we lead.
Our associate program is designed to take you from new stylist to confident professional through a structured, hands-on approach:
- Weekly paid education ($15–$19/hour + tips)
- One day of in-class training each week
- Three days working hands-on with an educator
- One day, working with your own guests

We offer ongoing education for all levels, from new talent to advanced stylists, with a focus on real growth, not just checking boxes. Your path is customizable, your pace is supported, and your success is expected.
