How Salon Blonde is handling Covid-19

Before coming in for your appointment, please review the following questions:

  1. Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID -19

  2. Are you experiencing a cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath

  3. Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?

If you answered YES to any of these questions we will be unable to provide your service. We are sorry! We will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Thank you!

WHILE IN OUR SALON PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE BEST PRACTICES:

  1. You may be required to properly wear a mask. Please let us know if you need a replacement mask during your visit.

  2. Please practice safe social distancing by allowing 6 ft between other guests and staff not performing your service.

  3. Only the guest receiving a service will be allowed in the salon. Minors receiving a service may be accompanied by one adult.

  4. No food or drinks will be allowed in the salon at this time.

  5. Please utilize our hand sanitizer stations throughout your service and when you move around the salon.

  6. Please utilize our no or low contact options such as our app POCKET SALON to pay for your services, purchase products and make future reservations. Product may be placed your cart from POCKET SALON and your service provider will bring it to you.

  7. Please avoid touching unnecessary items. We will be happy to assist you.

Please be aware that we are working diligently to keep the salon clean and safe for you and our staff. We have enhanced our already stringent cleaning protocols and have increased standards of safety as we are following the Tennessee Pledge for Close Contact Businesses. Thank you for following these guidelines and for trusting us to continue to serve you, our amazing Salon Blonde guests.

Returns/Refunds

SERVICES:

At Salon Blonde we want you to love your hair! We will gladly adjust any service you receive within two weeks of the original visit. Please call within 72 hours and speak to the manager to reschedule.

PRODUCTS:

We will exchange any hair care product within two weeks of purchase. Any makeup, brushes, and skincare may be returned within two weeks only if unused and in new condition.

GIFT CARDS:

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards may be transferred to another recipient or used for the specified value. Card must be presented for redemption.

Cancellation Policy

We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior may result in a charge that is 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). “No Shows” may also be subject to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).

We value our relationship with you and work hard to preserve your privacy and ensure that your preferences are honored.
